Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Holiday Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our holiday park. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing staff, and maintaining the overall organisation of the park. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of park operations, including accommodation, amenities, and recreational facilities
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of service
- Coordinate guest services to ensure a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience for visitors
- Maintain health and safety standards across the park in compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote customer satisfaction
- Organise events and activities to enhance guest engagement and maximise utilisation of park facilities
- Manage administrative tasks such as bookings, scheduling, and reporting to senior management
- Ensure the park is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in management within the hospitality or leisure industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with guests and staff
- Knowledge of guest services principles and best practices in hospitality management
- Ability to lead a team with motivation and professionalism
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays if required
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive guest experiences
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
