The Role: As an Aluminium Door and Window Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling in our comprehensive factory environment. You will ensure that our team maintains the highest quality standards while working efficiently and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team of fabricators with varying levels of experience
- Ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project schedules
- Utilising advanced knowledge of fabrication machines, saws, and tools
- Complying with company Health and Safety policies
- Supporting and developing team members to enhance their skills
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in fabricating aluminium doors, windows, or curtain walling
- Advanced knowledge of fabrication machinery and tools
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, leading and managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and stay organised
- Strong man management skills to effectively lead and mentor the team
- Experience with manufacturing Smart and Schueco systems is advantageous
Location: Our office is based in Watford, conveniently commutable from Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Borehamwood, Harrow, Edgware, Kings Langley, and surrounding areas.
