Warehouse Administrator (Evening Shift) – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Sunday to Friday - 17:00 – 00:00 (including a paid 30-minute break)
Working Pattern: 6 days per week (42 paid hours)

Pay: £13.00–£14.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our chilled food warehouse team on an evening shift. This is a predominantly office-based role with regular interaction across the warehouse operation. You will play a key role in allocating stock, producing warehouse documentation and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately in line with customer and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Allocate warehouse picks and stock using customer systems.
- Print pick lists, labels and warehouse documentation.
- Prepare and process all associated paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer systems.
- Build strong working relationships with the warehouse team, transport team, drivers and shunters to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as part of your daily duties.
- Strive for excellence by maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, food safety and customer service.
About You
- Previous warehouse administration experience is desirable.
- Experience within a chilled or food warehouse environment would be advantageous.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Confident using computerised systems and able to learn new software.
- Well organised with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

What We Offer
