Grant Digital is a social commerce agency built by a team of ex-TikTokers, partnering with consumer brands to run their activations across TikTok Shop in the UK, US and EU. Our core categories are beauty, food & beverage and nutrition, with a handful of select fashion clients.
We're a fast-moving team that values curiosity, initiative and clear communication. Partnership and teamwork sit at the heart of how we work - and how we win. As our LIVE channels grow, we're looking for confident, well-presented presenters to go front and centre on camera for the brands we represent.
About the role
You'll be the face of our TikTok Shop LIVE sessions - showcasing products, building rapport with viewers, and turning a live audience into buyers in real time. This isn't a "just go live and talk" role. You'll represent recognisable brands, follow a live trading plan, and adapt your pacing and energy based on how a session is performing.
We're not after a hard seller. We're after someone who can connect naturally with people, keep the conversation flowing, and make LIVE shopping feel genuinely fun and easy to watch - while still driving results. Every LIVE is measured by commercial performance, so you'll play a key role in helping brands grow sales while creating an engaging shopping experience.
What you'll do
- Host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions for leading beauty, food & beverage, nutrition and fashion brands
- Confidently present and demonstrate products on camera, covering key features, benefits and styling or usage ideas
- Build engagement - answer viewer questions in real time, encourage interaction and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Follow live trading plans, including product sequencing, bundles and offers
- Read the room and adapt tone, pacing and messaging to what's landing on the day
- Work closely with our LIVE Ops and wider team before and during broadcasts, taking direction and feedback on the fly
- -Drive product discovery and conversions through engaging storytelling and product recommendations
- -Help achieve LIVE performance targets such as GMV, conversion rate, average watch time and viewer engagement
- -Test different presenting styles, hooks and calls-to-action to continually improve LIVE performance
- Arrive prepared - across brand tone, key messages and product USPs - and represent every brand professionally
What we're looking for
- Confident and comfortable on camera, with a natural on-screen presence and the ability to engage audiences of all sizes, from quieter sessions to thousands of viewers
- Well presented, with a professional attitude and reliable, punctual approach
- A strong communicator who can hold attention and keep conversations flowing
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and brings collaborative energy to every session
- Comfortable hosting LIVE for extended periods and thinking on your feet
- Open to feedback and keen to improve session by session
- London-based and able to present in person
Nice to have (not essential)
- Experience presenting on TikTok LIVE or similar platforms
- A background in beauty, food & beverage, nutrition, fashion, retail, hospitality or presenting
- Sales or content creation experience
- Familiarity with the brands and trends in our core categories
- European language proficiency is preferred but not required (Spanish, French, German, Italian)
Personality, professionalism and a willingness to learn matter more than a perfect CV.
Hours & pay
- Pay: £30 - £75 per hour, based on experience
- Hours: Flexible and based on channel needs. Sessions typically run between 7am and 10pm, though occasionally anywhere from 6am to midnight. Shifts are arranged in advance around the LIVE schedule and your availability
- Location: London - this is an in-person role
