We are looking for a Machine Operator to join the team at Caress Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling small components both manually and using machinery, including operating bottle filling and packing equipment to ensure efficient production and assembly processes. The job holder will work with other operators in a fast paced environment to ensure the delivery of good quality products in-line with customer specifications.

Key Accountabilities:
Assembly & Packing
- Assemble small components, including stud earrings, manually or utilising the appropriate machinery
- Operate bottle filling and packing machinery ensuring efficient production
- Accurately fill, cap, and label bottles according to production specifications and Company guidelines
- Inspect products for quality before packing, reporting any discrepancies or damages to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow
- Undertake basic production floor duties
- Acquire effective knowledge of all machinery used in the department, including but not limited to packing and bottling equipment
Health & Safety
- Fully adhere to our health and safety procedures and follow safe systems of work
- Collaborate with maintenance engineers, reporting machinery faults and ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules
Person Specification:
Experience
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial

- Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm
