On-Site Account Manager
· Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
· Location: Iver (Near Heathrow)
· Monday to Friday - Occasional weekends
· Flexible start times
· Company Car Provided (if required)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated On-Site Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a busy transport operation. You will be the key point of contact between our client, drivers and operational teams, ensuring the site runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation, including bookings, rotas, driver availability and multiple sites.
- Liaise with planners, drivers and senior management regarding operations, targets and forecasting.
- Support recruitment, inductions and training, including TBT and app training.
- Ensure legal, transport and PPE compliance is maintained.
- Manage driver investigations, disciplinary matters, accidents and incidents in line with company procedures.
- Build strong relationships with drivers and the client to support staff retention and service delivery.
About You
- Experience in transport, logistics, recruitment or account management.
- Must have a driving licence
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy operation.
- Confident dealing with drivers, clients and senior management.
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
