Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and well-presented Jewellery Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role involves both customer-facing responsibilities and general run-around tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting clients during appointments
- Supporting consultations (taking notes, handling samples, preparing displays)
- Managing messages, enquiries, and basic customer follow-ups
- Running errands (deliveries, collections, sourcing materials when required)
- Assisting with order preparation, packaging, and organisation
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised, and presentable at all times
- Supporting social media content (basic photos/videos when needed)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Well-presented, professional, and reliable
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Proactive attitude – able to take initiative and solve problems
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail is a bonus
