Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their pharmacy needs at the counter
- Provide advice on over-the-counter products and health-related queries in line with pharmacy guidelines
- Maintain organised stock levels, check expiry dates, and assist with inventory management
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy of patient information at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming pharmacy environment
Experience
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar healthcare support role is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and customer service excellence
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating initiative when needed
