We are looking for an experienced HF Welder to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established manufacturer of high-quality industrial textile products, producing bespoke solutions for customers across a range of industries.
Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing products to the highest quality standards while contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate high-frequency (HF) welding equipment.
- Manufacture products to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Produce consistent, high-quality welds across a range of industrial textile products.
- Carry out in-process quality inspections and identify any defects.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records where required.
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the production department.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating HF welding equipment.
- Experience working with PVC, TPU, coated fabrics, or other technical textiles (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and follow drawings and work instructions.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
