We are a fast-growing luxury flower studio based in London.
We specialise in premium, contemporary floral designs with a strong focus on quality, creativity and exceptional customer experience. Every bouquet is handcrafted using fresh, high-quality flowers including hydrangeas, roses, peonies, orchids, anthuriums and seasonal blooms.
We're looking for a talented florist who genuinely enjoys creating beautiful work and wants to be part of a growing luxury brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Creating luxury hand-tied bouquets and floral arrangements
- Preparing and conditioning fresh flowers
- Maintaining flower quality and studio organisation
- Receiving and processing flower deliveries
- Preparing customer orders with great attention to detail
- Assisting with installations and event floristry when required
- Supporting day-to-day studio operations
- Occasionally assisting with photographing finished bouquets for social media and marketing
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional florist experience (applications with less experience will not be considered)
- Strong bouquet-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good colour awareness and design sense
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, organised and responsible
- Conversational English
- Russian language is an advantage
- Legal right to work in the UK
