Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Wythenshawe that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

The Opportunity
Working closely with experienced class teachers, you'll provide support across Key Stage 1, helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. A key aspect of this role will be delivering targeted interventions, particularly Read Write Inc. (RWI), to help children develop their phonics and early reading skills.
You'll also provide classroom support for pupils with additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working within a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 1
- Is confident delivering or supporting Read Write Inc. (RWI) interventions
- Has experience supporting children with ASD, SEMH, or other additional learning needs
- Is patient, caring, and committed to helping every child succeed
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
- Is proactive, reliable, and works well as part of a team
- Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) or has equivalent classroom experience
