Job Summary
We are looking for a part time Bookkeeper/Administrator for a sheet metalwork company in Stone, Kent.
Must have excellent all round accounts experience and running an office including dealing with customers and suppliers via telephone, email and face to face. Keen eye for detail
Applicant must be proficient in the following:-
· Accounts software preferably Sage 50 Accounts Essential & Sage 50 Payroll
· Excel
· Outlook
· Word
Duties including:-
· Purchase ledger
· Sales ledger
· Sales orders
· Petty cash
· Maintain financial records
· Bank reconciliations
· Weekly payroll
· Deadlines with HMRC, Accountants and Pension provider
· Liaise with Accountants, Sage Support and Pension provider as required
· Ad hoc office duties
