We are looking for an accomplished Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our Industry segment team, which supports direct customers and sales partners across the EMEA region with our full portfolio of RF, LF, and FO technologies. You will drive alignment with company values and strategy, foster continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes, and collaborate closely with departments such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Finance. Your leadership will be central to ensuring effective handling of commercial and technical enquiries, with swift escalation to relevant stakeholders when needed. You also will have full managerial responsibility for the local team at the England and Sweden site.

Guide and manage the team, overseeing development and handling administrative matters.

Handle customer and sales partner enquiries, prepare and follow up quotations, maintain records, and identify training needs.

Order processing - coordinate quotations and orders, ensuring accuracy and informing customers of discrepancies.

Forecast - provide necessary information for monthly S&OP forecasting cycles.

Customer visits / Sales promotion - support on-site customer visits and sales promotion events.

Customer complaints - receive complaints and forward to quality assurance, and keep customers updated.

Participate in project teams, report significant events, and file correspondence accessibly.

Continually expand job knowledge and fulfil training needs in consultation with management.

Carry out any other responsibilities in line with delegated authority.

Arrange cover for absences and ensure phone availability during work hours.
