La Foglia is an exciting new neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Greenwich Peninsula, serving premium brunch by day and Mediterranean small plates, cocktails and wine by night.
We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Front of House Team Members to join us from the very beginning. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new opening, grow with the business and help create an exceptional experience for every guest.
Whether you're preparing the perfect flat white, shaking cocktails or delivering outstanding table service, you'll play an important role in creating the welcoming atmosphere that La Foglia is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly and professional attitude.
- Prepare and serve speciality coffee to a consistently high standard.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Recommend menu items and confidently answer guest questions.
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and licensing procedures.
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy looking after others and take pride in delivering great hospitality.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, wine bar or similar hospitality environment.
- Experience making speciality coffee (training can be provided).
- Bartending experience (preferred but not essential).
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
