We are seeking exceptional Health Care Assistants to join our amazing team at Swimbridge House Nursing Home.
We are looking for staff to cover day or night shifts (from 7 to 7). The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent or is willing to work towards it (we provide the training), have a good level of knowledge and demonstrable experience in caring for elderly people and good communication skills. NO sponsorship will be provided!
As a Health Care Assistant you have the responsibility in meeting the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the safety and dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

Hours: 12-48 per week
Salary: £11.44-£13.22 per hour (depending on performance and day/night rates)
