About the Role
This is a key front-of-house position at the heart of the practice.
You will be the first point of contact for families and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting therapists and the wider team. You will be working alongside another receptionist and reporting to our Client Liaison Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a people-focused environment, and takes pride in organisation and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and act as the first point of contact for the clinic
- Manage calls, emails, and enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support the Client Liaison Manager with appointment booking and diary management
- Provide administrative support to therapists
- Handle payments, invoices, and basic finance administration
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment
- Support new client onboarding and registration processes
- Assist with social media and light marketing (posts, stories, reviews)
