Events Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)

We're looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Events Operations Coordinator to take ownership of our stock, equipment and logistics operation.
This isn't just a warehouse role or a bar role—it's a unique opportunity to become a key part of a growing events business. You'll be responsible for ensuring our bars are fully prepared for events, improving our operational systems, and helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences as we continue to expand.

Your ResponsibilitiesStock & Equipment Management
- Take ownership of our stock and equipment department.
- Manage stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks.
- Order stock and maintain supplier relationships.
- Organise and improve stock control systems and spreadsheets.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, maintained and event-ready.
Event Logistics
- Prepare, pack and organise all stock and equipment for upcoming events.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Ensure every event is supplied with the correct stock and equipment.
- Manage stock returns and carry out post-event reconciliation.
Event Operations
- Attend selected weekend events.
- Manage and run bars when required.
- Support bar teams during busy periods.
- Observe operations and identify opportunities to improve customer service, efficiency and team performance.
- Work closely with the management team to implement operational improvements.
Continuous Improvement
- Improve existing systems and introduce new ways of working.
- Develop more efficient stock management and reporting processes.
- Help build scalable operational procedures as the business continues to grow.
- Play an active role in shaping the future of the company.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and confident taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working independently and using their initiative.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experienced in hospitality, logistics, stock control or events (preferred but not essential).
- Physically capable of lifting and moving stock and equipment.
- Happy to work a mixture of weekdays and occasional weekends.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends during the busy event season.
