Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable min qualified Level 2 or level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver a range of exceptional beauty treatments, provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including; facials, massage (training will be given), pedicure/manicures, Biab & gel polish nails, lashes, brows, facials, waxing, and other skincare services (some training in our specialist treatments, will be given)
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
- Assist in maintaining the organisation of treatment rooms and stock levels
- Attended supported training programs by the company in house
Requirements
- Proven experience or training in NVQ Level 2 beauty therapy services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Friendly, outgoing & bubbly personality with a professional demeanour and a passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
- Flexibility to work during salon hours, including weekends
- Reliable to build client confidentiality
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are dedicated to delivering quality beauty treatments while providing exceptional client care.
