Job Summary

Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and your mechanical knowledge to identify root causes efficiently.
- Conduct repairs involving welding, electrical work, or mechanical adjustments with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control automated equipment processes.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and installations.
- Supervise maintenance tasks carried out by team members or external contractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory for compliance and reporting purposes.
Skills
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, machinery repair, or similar technical work.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control tasks.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings accurately.
- Proven experience in maintenance roles with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and external vendors.
- Fluency in English for clear documentation and communication across teams.
