Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Motorcycle Parts, Aftersales & Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service to motorcycle owners, managing parts and service enquiries, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist with enquiries regarding motorcycle parts, repairs, and servicing needs
- Manage the scheduling of service appointments and follow-up communications with clients
- Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and maintenance procedures
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions, service history, and parts inventory using DMS
- Liaise effectively between customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work
- Offer advice on motorcycle maintenance and aftersales services to optimise vehicle performance
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when handling inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure the workshop area is maintained in a clean and organised manner
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers of varying knowledge levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing appointments and documentation
- Knowledge of motorcycle maintenance or technical aspects is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience with maintaining professional phone etiquette in a busy environment
