Chef:
Oakwood Care Home are currently looking to recruit a Cook to cater for up to 37 residents in our new purpose built home.
We are looking for a suitably qualified individual who has worked in a care setting or equivalent before, cook meals as required according to residents needs and preferences.
Shift Patterns:
Weekend work included in your rota (one weekend on and one weekend off)
4 days per week - 7am-3pm

We are a newly refurbished/rebuilt care home based in Erdington, Birmingham
We provide care of the elderly, including Dementia and Palliative Care. We aspire to create an environment conducive to wellbeing with good communication between residents, resident’s families and our team.

Established in 1983, we are a quality care provider registered with CQC in Birmingham. We work in partnership with surrounding local authorities and CCG’s to provide good quality care for the elderly.
Our overall purpose of Oakwood is to provide our residents with the highest standard of care, comfort and security. Promoting independence where possible.
Hourly Rate £14-£16ph and this is depending on experience.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
