Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with a passion for aesthetic treatments and customer care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a luxurious environment, providing advanced aesthetic procedures while delivering exceptional guest services. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing various cosmetic treatments, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall operational excellence of our clinic. Experience in management, social media management, and hospitality will be advantageous, alongside excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Administering non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation procedures and IV drip administration
- Providing personalised consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Ensuring high standards of patient safety and hygiene in accordance with clinical protocols
- Managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate patient records
- Engaging with clients through social media platforms to promote services and enhance brand visibility
- Assisting with front desk duties including greeting guests, answering queries, and scheduling appointments
- Upselling additional treatments or products to optimise client satisfaction and clinic revenue
- Supporting guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and techniques
- Managing administrative tasks related to treatment documentation and stock control
Experience
- Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body
- Prior experience in aesthetic nursing or cosmetic dermatology is highly desirable
- Skills in management and social media management are beneficial for promoting clinic services effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
- Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, or barbering is a plus but not essential
- Proven ability to upsell treatments or products while maintaining ethical standards
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organisational abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

Pay: £45,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
