Kent Smile Studio is a long-established, family-run dental practice with three modern practices across Chatham, Maidstone and Orpington. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding patient care while maintaining a friendly, supportive team environment where everyone is valued.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse or a Trainee Dental Nurse (or someone with previous dental nursing experience) to join our growing team. This role will be based primarily at our Chatham practice, although flexibility to work at our Maidstone and Orpington practices when required is essential.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing chairside support to our clinicians
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and cross-infection control standards
- Supporting reception and administrative duties when required
- Working effectively as part of a friendly, professional team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified GDC-registered Dental Nurse or a trainee dental nurse/individual with previous dental nursing experience
- Friendly, caring and professional
- Reliable and well organised
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- A confident communicator with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and able to travel between our Chatham, Maidstone and Orpington practices when required
