The Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and friendly Housekeepers to join our housekeeping team at All Saints Hotel.
This is a full-time position offering guaranteed hours of 30–40 hours per week. Shift patterns will vary depending on business requirements and will include weekends.
As a Housekeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing hotel bedrooms to a consistently high standard.
- Cleaning and maintaining hotel public areas.
- Ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms and facilities are clean, tidy and presented to the required standard.
- Restocking housekeeping supplies and ensuring the department is prepared for the following day.
- Working efficiently to meet daily housekeeping requirements.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail.
- Working as part of the wider hotel team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Supporting the housekeeping team with other duties as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts.
- Able to work weekends as part of a flexible rota.
- Friendly, approachable and a positive team player.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, efficient and highly attentive to detail.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, ideally within a hotel environment, but is not essential as training will be provided.
- Able to communicate effectively and understand housekeeping instructions.
- Committed to maintaining high standards and providing an excellent guest experience.
