We’re Hiring: Finance Manager (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team on a flexible, part-time basis.
This is a key role within the business, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of financial operations, support senior leadership, and work closely with investors to drive informed decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day finance operations and supporting the office team
- Producing weekly and monthly P&L reports and financial analysis
- Leading bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and debtor management
- Preparing monthly management accounts and investor reports
- Handling VAT returns, payroll support, and financial compliance
- Using Sage to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Sage experience
- Proven background in management accounts and reporting
- Solid knowledge of VAT, payroll, reconciliations, and cash flow
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior leadership
- Ability to support and guide team members
- Ideally, the successful candidate will hold a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
