Job Summary
We are a leading provider of Electrical , Fire & Security & HVAC solutions across the North of Scotland, specifically Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We deliver high-quality commercial fit-outs, reactive service, and compliance testing. As we continue to grow we are seeking a dedicated Electrical Improver/Mate to join our installation teams. The ideal candidate will assist qualified electricians in various electrical tasks along with providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, alongside experienced professionals ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Use power tools and hand tools effectively to carry out tasks as directed.
- Support the team in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and tools.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in electrical work.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations on-site.
- Have the ability to use your initiative and work on your own when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or training in electrical work is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in electrical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and developing new skills in the electrical field.
- Must be physically fit, as the role may involve lifting and moving equipment.

- Own transportation required for commuting to office/sites
