Job Description
HTFI are looking to recruit a housing tenancy fraud investigator covering various locations around London and the surrounding areas. You must reside in this area or be in easy commuting distance.
The main duties of this role will include:
· Experience of investigating housing tenancy fraud – essential
· Proficient IT skills including open-source people tracing and use data search engines
· Ability to carry out tenancy audits alongside housing officers
· Draft witness statement and prepare evidence packs for court
· Stakeholder management
Qualifications and experience
we are looking for someone who has had a career within the police or has extensive law enforcement/ housing fraud experience.
Additional information
You will mainly be working independently but will occasionally be required to attend head offices.
This is a part time, self employed role working anywhere between 2/4 days a week, flexible working patterns are welcomed and can be discussed.
