Calderdale College are recruiting a Student Services Manager - Student Safety , the role is to support the Head of Student Experience and lead high quality student support services which promote the safety, wellbeing and welfare of all students. This will be achieved by line managing the Safeguarding Team, Wellbeing Team and Security Team to ensure high performance and an exceptional student experience.
The postholder will act as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure effective safeguarding arrangements, high quality wellbeing support and a safe and secure environment for all learners. The postholder will contribute to the development and delivery of a whole-college culture of safeguarding, wellbeing and student safety, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve successful outcomes.
