Production Manager (FMCG) - South Down

We are working with a specialist NI FMCG business who export extensively to recruit for their new Production Manager to join them in south Down and offering up to £60,000 + benefits.
Reporting into Senior Management you will;
- You will oversee daily production, plant operations and a team of production staff, ensuring targets, quality and delivery schedules are achieved
- Manage production plans, schedules and workflow
- Lead and develop production teams
- Ensure output meets quality and delivery targets
- Manage inventory and support quality control
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement
What we are looking for&.
- Food production management/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, quality control and continuous improvement
