Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of office areas, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or contamination during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning procedures
