The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, supervisory experience in care settings, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while ensuring the delivery of high standards of care.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise care staff to ensure the delivery of person-centered care tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote a positive team environment through effective communication, training, and mentorship.
- Oversee daily operational tasks, including medication administration and corresponding with outside professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures within the home.
- Manage administrative duties such as staff rotas, record keeping, and reporting incidents accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a care home or senior care setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of care plans development and implementation tailored to individual needs.
- Competency in using IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations in residential care environments.
Pay: From £14.35 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Margate CT9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
