JOB SUMMARY
Rosa & Beau Floral Design and Events Ltd is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Floral Design Manager to lead floral design, event styling, client projects, and day-to-day floral operations.
The successful candidate will create distinctive floral concepts for weddings, corporate events, celebrations, venues, and bespoke client requirements while leading the design team and ensuring consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead floral design and styling for weddings, events, corporate clients, and special occasions
- Create bouquets, installations, centrepieces, venue displays, and bespoke floral concepts
- Manage florists, assistants, freelancers, and event installation teams
- Consult with clients and translate their ideas into creative floral proposals
- Coordinate flowers, materials, suppliers, stock, and event requirements
- Manage project schedules, budgets, pricing, and design specifications
- Maintain high standards of floral quality and presentation
- Oversee event setup, installation, styling, and breakdown
- Monitor floral trends, seasonal products, and new design concepts
- Support business development and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Experience in professional floristry, floral design, event styling, or a related creative field
- Strong creative portfolio and understanding of floral composition, colour, and styling
- Experience leading or supervising creative teams
- Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and client requirements
- Strong communication, organisation, and customer-service skills
- Knowledge of flower sourcing, conditioning, storage, and inventory management
- Experience with weddings, luxury events, corporate events, or venue styling is advantageous
- Relevant floristry qualification or equivalent practical experience is preferred

Pay: £38,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
