Our new pelletising plant will produce high-quality limestone calcium carbonate pellets for agricultural, environmental and industrial use, and we’re looking for motivated people to help shape the success of this exciting new operation.
As demand grows for high-performance mineral products, our new plant represents a significant investment in innovation and modern manufacturing. As a Pelletiser Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in getting the new plant up and running, producing a completely new product and helping establish the production standards and processes that will shape the future of the operation.

The Role
Working as part of our production team, you’ll operate and monitor the pelletising process, ensuring the plant runs safely, efficiently and consistently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following strict health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
- Operating and monitoring the brand-new pelletising equipment.
- Processing limestone/calcium carbonate into the finished pellet product.
- Monitoring product quality, size, moisture and consistency.
- Carrying out production checks and recording results.
- Identifying and reporting equipment or process issues.
- Working with the team to optimise production and improve processes.
- Keeping machinery and production areas clean and well maintained.
- Supporting the commissioning and development of the new plant.
- Helping us establish efficient production methods as the business grows.
Who We're Looking For
Most importantly, we're looking for the right attitude.
You could come from a manufacturing, quarrying, aggregates, minerals, process or engineering background — or simply have strong practical experience and a willingness to learn.
You'll be someone who:
- Takes pride in doing a job properly.
- Is reliable, hardworking and safety conscious.
- Enjoys working with machinery and practical processes.
- Can follow procedures while also spotting opportunities to improve them.
- Is comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment.
- Can work independently but enjoys being part of a team.

Experience in pelletising, minerals, quarrying or manufacturing is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. Full training will be provided

Please note: This role involves working around industrial machinery, limestone/calcium carbonate materials and production equipment. Full PPE, training and appropriate safety procedures will be provided.
Working Hours: Full time, rotating shift pattern (to support a 24-hour operation).
