Natural Beauty Advanced Electrolysis & Skin Clinic is looking for a professional, enthusiastic Beauty Therapist or Electrologist to join our established Glasgow City Centre clinic.
We are looking for the right person for the long term and are prepared to invest in their training and professional development.
The Opportunity
For an experienced Beauty Therapist/Electrologist, salary will start from £14.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. However, you do not need to already be an Electrologist to apply.
If you are a qualified Beauty Therapist with the right attitude, aptitude and desire to develop a more specialist career, we are willing to fund your professional electrolysis qualification and provide practical in-clinic training and mentoring.
Candidates joining through this training pathway would initially receive £12.71 per hour, with salary reviewed following successful qualification and as competence, skills and responsibilities develop.
There will also be the opportunity to progress into Advanced Electrolysis in the future.
About the Role
This is a full-time position worked over four days per week, including two late evenings.
No Sunday working is required.
Depending on your qualifications and experience, treatments may include:
Electrolysis and Advanced Electrolysis
Advanced skin treatments
Facial and skincare treatments
Hair removal
Other treatments appropriate to your qualifications
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Qualified in Beauty Therapy to HND / Level 3 or equivalent
Professional, warm and naturally good with people
Empathetic, discreet and non-judgemental
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Meticulous about hygiene and treatment standards
Confident working independently and using their own initiative
Genuinely interested in skin, electrolysis and specialist treatments
Keen to learn and continue developing professionally
Comfortable discussing appropriate treatments and homecare with clients
Someone who takes genuine pride and responsibility in their work
Previous electrolysis or advanced skin experience would be an advantage, but electrolysis
qualifications are not essential.
For us, attitude, professionalism, aptitude and excellent client care are every bit as important as existing qualifications.
What We Offer
