Team Leader Trading, Duty Manager (18 years+)

Location: Booths Windermere, The Old Station, Victoria St, Windermere LA23 1QA
Hours: 36.75 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Closing date: 17/08/26
Duty Managers allowance: £1.50 per hour for all shifts undertaken as the duty manager
Working pattern:
Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week
Weekdays will be a mix of 8 hours shifts in the window of 6am to 10:30pm
Previous retail experience required
The Role:
Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As Team Leader you will oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift, providing guidance, instruction on how to approach a task and leading by example. You will be responsible for the review of safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts. In the absence of senior management you will have the responsibility of duty manager of the store.

Due to the requirement of the role you will be required to be flexible in your approach and will be required to start early, work late up to midnight, weekends and public holidays. In view of this and in line with the Working Time Directive applicants must be aged 18 and over.
