Your Role
As a Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will:
- Deliver exceptional patient care while respecting individual customs, values and beliefs.
- Conduct hearing assessments and diagnostic audiology services under guidance and mentorship.
- Learn and develop skills in hearing aid fitting, verification, rehabilitation and aftercare.
- Assist with ear wax removal services following appropriate training.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow all clinical protocols, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to creating an outstanding patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with a recognised HCPC-approved Hearing Aid Dispensing qualification.
- Current HCPC registration as a Hearing Aid Dispenser (or eligibility to register).
- Experience conducting hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and aftercare appointments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied clinic schedule.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday.
