The role of Senior Conveyancing Paralegal:
- Managing a caseload of conveyancing sale files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
- Drafting contracts and legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures
- Providing excellent client service at all times
The ideal Senior Conveyancing Paralegal:
- Previous experience as a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently, particularly sale files
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
