Duties
- Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures, to maintain product integrity
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products with precision and care
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality checks, and safety compliance
- Support cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene standards throughout the production area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and recording data accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP principles
- Experience in food production or manufacturing environments is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a proactive attitude

Friday 0600 - 1600
Saturday 0600 - 1800
Sunday -0600 - 1800
Paid weekly
Hourly rate will rise after just 3 months to £15.92
After 6 months this will increase to £16.57
