Role: Delivery Driver
The Company
Maison Margaux, a luxury British tableware brand, offering the rental of beautiful linens, crockery, cutlery, and glassware for a diverse range of weddings and events, accommodating gatherings from 20 people up to 750 throughout London and the UK.
Role overview
We are seeking a presentable and reliable delivery driver to join our team. You will be responsible for transporting and delivering client orders to events in a safe and timely manner. As a lot of our events take place in London experience and familiarity with driving within London is preferable. As a Maison Margaux Driver, you will be personable and presentable with excellent customer facing experience.

- Vans are provided with Fuel Cards
- Applicants must have their own suitable footwear & trousers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver to various locations around the UK, including multi-drop deliveries and collections of tableware hire items for our customers.
· Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
· Load and unload items from the vehicle in a safe manner. Able to lift and deliver crates (up to 25 kg).
· Be proactive in the warehouse when your time is not required on the road.
· Be comfortable driving around London where most of our events take place.
· Assisting with warehouse tasks when there is less driving work available.
Requirements:
· Experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
· Need to hold a Full UK/EU licence (Manual licence required) with no more than 3 points;
· Must be over 25 for insurance reasons and held driving licence for 5+ years
· Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
· Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
· Capability to handle heavy lifting and physical work
· Be happy to work weekends and some unsociable hours as and when required.
· Confident driving London where most of our events take place.
· Have adequate physical fitness & strength. Flexibility in working hours with excellent time management skills.
· Live within 30 minutes of Eastleigh (SO53)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work is available due to the demand of our events. Work can fall at any time, on any day of the week, and schedules will be managed to ensure adequate rest is given and individual circumstances are considered. Applicants wishing to work exclusively on weekends, evenings or nights will be considered for adhoc work.
