Electrician – Refurb of Student Apartments & Townhouses
Location: Canterbury
Pay: £25 per hour CIS (depending on experience) - *PRICEWORK rates below*
Hours: 40–50 per week
Duration: 7 weeks work

TimesGroup Ltd are looking for experienced Electricians to join our team on the refurbishment of 100+ student apartments and townhouses at Parham Student Village, Canterbury.
This is straightforward, repetitive work with excellent earning potential.
The works are ideal for electricians who enjoy productive pricework, whilst communal works are paid at £25/hr CIS.
Operatives who demonstrate good productivity will be allocated multiple apartments at a time, allowing you to maximise your earnings throughout the project.
*PRICEWORK is available - on the following basis per property*
- Consumer Unit Replacement
- Replace Socket & Switch Fronts
- Replace Fused Spurs
- Replace Light Fittings
- Connect Hob, Cooker & Extract Fan
£250 per property
PLUS
- Testing & EICR - £75 per property
Total: £325 per Property
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrician
- Experience working on new-build residential developments
- ECS/JIB Gold Card
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Ability to work from drawings
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable and able to work as part of a site team
