Are you a people person with a passion for cars and a drive to succeed? We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Car Sales Executive to join our showroom team. In this role, you won’t just be selling vehicles; you’ll be guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and varied, focusing on turning browsers into buyers and buyers into lifelong fans. You will:
- Welcome & Engage: Greet showroom visitors warmly, building immediate rapport and qualifying their needs to match them with the perfect vehicle.
- Conduct Test Drives: Accompany customers on test drives, highlighting vehicle features, safety specs, and performance advantages.
- Close the Deal: Negotiate sales terms, present finance options and upsell additional products like extended warranties.
- Manage the Pipeline: Actively follow up on inbound digital leads, phone inquiries, and past customers to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Execute Flawless Handovers: Ensure the vehicle is prepped perfectly for delivery day and create a memorable, celebratory handover experience for the customer.
- Maintain the CRM: Keep our customer database meticulously updated to track leads, follow-ups, and sales data.
Requirements & Qualifications
We value attitude and drive just as much as a stacked resume, but here is what we are ideally looking for:
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, but a proven track record in high-ticket retail, hospitality, or direct sales will absolutely catch our eye.
- License: A valid, clean driver’s license is mandatory (you'll need to drive the stock!).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can chat with anyone, from a first-time buyer to a seasoned fleet manager.
- Target-Driven Mindset: You are self-motivated, resilient, and genuinely excited by hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
