About You
You're a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy, creativity, and purpose to everything you do. You're proactive, resourceful, and understand the importance of building strong, inclusive teams. You take pride in crafting great candidate experiences and are confident in guiding stakeholders through the hiring process.
Working hours
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Around 6 hours per day
- Start and finish times to be agreed with the successful candidate
This role is hybrid, you will be primarily home-based however you’ll need to be happy attending our offices for meetings, collaboration and team get‑togethers when required. This will mainly be at our Liverpool office, with occasional travel to Manchester, Preston or Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, responsive recruitment service from role briefing to appointment
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, offering expert advice and guidance
- Develop attraction strategies and create compelling job advertisements to reach diverse candidate pools
- Ensure inclusive and values-based recruitment processes are embedded at every stage
- Provide timely, accurate recruitment data and reports to inform workforce planning
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider HR services team to improve processes and drive consistency
- Maintain and develop our applicant tracking system and recruitment systems
- Contribute to key projects, including employer branding and onboarding improvements
Requirements
- Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house or RPO setting
- Confident advising managers and building trust-based relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with recruitment systems and strong digital literacy
- Organised and able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns at once
- A commitment to inclusive recruitment and a values-led approach
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively
