We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Lead to support our Scottish regional teams with design, campaigns and events.
At Agrii, we work in partnership with farmers, suppliers and colleagues across the UK, delivering innovation, expertise and trusted support to the agricultural sector. From agronomy services and crop production to seed, fertiliser, finance and logistics, our teams work together to help British farming thrive.
This position is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can turn ideas into clear, well-presented marketing materials, from brochures and event stands to digital assets, presentations and local campaign support.
You’ll need strong design skills, good organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities calmly.
You’ll work closely with regional teams, suppliers and the wider marketing team to keep projects moving and make sure everything is on brand.
An interest in agriculture would be useful, but the our main requirement is a practical, creative approach and the confidence to deliver high-quality work at pace.
Location: Homebased, Scotland, with regular travel.
Pay: DOE
This role comes with a car cash allowance on top of the salary.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
