Salary: £35,000 per year
We’re not looking for just another Assistant Manager… we’re looking for a superstar.
Someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, inspires a team, and genuinely loves creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the team and supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub.
* Delivering exceptional customer service every single day.
* Motivating, coaching and developing the team.
* Taking ownership of shifts and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Managing stock, rotas and labour costs.
* Helping grow sales through great events, food, drinks and service.
* Maintaining the highest standards throughout the pub, restaurant and accommodation.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous management experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel.
* Is energetic, positive and thrives under pressure.
* Leads by example and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
* Has excellent communication and people skills.
* Is organised, reliable and commercially aware.
* Wants to build a long-term career with plenty of opportunity to grow.
