We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Sales Assistant/Key Holder to join our dynamic retail team. In this vital role, you will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily store operations. As a key holder, you will also take on leadership responsibilities, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Hours per week: 16.5 hours
Sunday 9.45-4.15 (30 minute break)
Monday 12.00 - 5.15
Tuesday 12.00 - 5.15
Hours are non negotiable, ideally flexible to help out extra during busy periods
Pay rate - NMW +30p
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm
- Lone working on afternoon shifts only
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Upsell additional items
- Manage opening and closing procedures (there are no other responsibilities with being a keyholder other than locking up)
- stock replenishment
- Strong communication skills to engage customers clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods effectively
