As our company continues to expand, we're looking for a passionate, hands-on Production Supervisor to help lead, train, and motivate our production team toward shared success.
About the Role
Working in our fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment, you’ll work closely with the Factory Manager, shift Manager and Team Leaders to ensure smooth, efficient operations across production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Team Leaders and production staff
- Train new starters and upskill current team members
- Ensure all daily paperwork and production records are accurately completed
- Oversee the running of production lines, maintaining high efficiency and quality
- Hit shift targets while minimizing waste
- Organize and manage changeovers for maximum efficiency
- Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of food production experience (machine minder, assistant team leader, or above)
- A strong communicator with a positive, motivational leadership style
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys helping others improve
- A hands-on leader with the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
