Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable HGV Class 1 Driver to join our growing transport team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of vehicles, ensuring schedules are met while upholding the highest standards of road safety and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely deliveries while following all road safety regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Vehicle Recovery Training can be provided
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of HGV Class 1 experience
- Ability to manage daily driving routes confidently and independently
- Driver CPC preferred
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and punctuality
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Yard movement might be occasionally required
