Ruskin House Nursery
Third in Charge | Permanent, Year-Round Role
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE (FTE – pro rata for part‑time hours)
Opening Hours: 7am to 7pm, Mon–Fri

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver outstanding care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Serve as a key person, tracking children's progress and maintaining accurate records
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates and consultations
- Mentor and support junior staff, leading by example to uphold high standards
What You Need
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification (DfE‑approved)
- 2+ years' experience in an early years or nursery setting, ideally managing rooms and staff
- Paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
- Solid knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted standards
