The role of Technical Administrator / Paraplanner:
- Drafting annual review reports and client suitability documentation

- Workflow management - logging cases and assisting the broader admin team with smooth client handovers
- Producing high-quality suitability and review reports in line with regulatory standards
- Conducting research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations
- Working closely with advisers and providers to deliver effective client outcomes
- Maintaining workflow processes and supporting compliance requirements
- Delivering reporting on pipeline and service levels
