We are currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in our nursing home in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of residents.
Both day and night positions available with the following timing:
- Days 08:00 - 20:00
- Nights 20:00 - 08:00
Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of care plans for patients
- Provide support to residents
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Utilise PCS systems for patient documentation
- Support individuals with daily activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in a care-related role is desirable but not essential- Familiarity with care plans and patient support- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds- Proficient in basic IT skills for documentation purposes- Excellent command of the English language.
